The High Energy Physics (HEP) Group is composed of 6 faculty members and 17 graduate students, both Masters and PhD candidates. The group is divided into two: Theoretical and experimental HEP groups.
The HEP group is currently collaborating with CMS, OPERA, Chorus and CLIC experiments. Some of the research topics are:
- Neutrino physics and mass oscillations at CERN accelerators.
- Gravitation, Cosmology, QFT, General Gravity, String Theory, Non Perturbative Methods
- Information theory, Open Quantum Systems, Entanglement
- Higgs production via VBF channel in CMS
- Black Holes in CMS
- Supersymmetry
- Hadronic Physics, Magnetic Moments, B Decays, Exotics
